With Slow Food to design solutions for the food sector!
THINK UP SOLUTIONS TO FOOD ISSUES
On September 24th De-LAB will be in Turin to design solutions and share ideas for the food sector together with Slow Food Youth Network.
We will participate in the event together with many Italian and international realities working in the food sector, with whom we’ll address 9 key-issues such as: innovative design to preserve traditional knowledge, food educational tools, bridging the urban/rural gap, repurposing abandoned spaces for food production, how to think out of the “can”…. and much more!
We’ll see you there, Saturday September 24th at Terra Madre, Salone del Gusto from 9 am to 6 pm.
