Let’s present ourselves: what does it mean to be a Benefit Corporation and how to become one
Today we talked about our experience of Benefit Corporation at the webinar for Impresa Etica. Benefit Corporations, in addition to being a novelty, since they were introduced into the Italian legal system with the Budget Law of 2016, represent an evolution of the very concept of a company, because they integrate in their social object objectives not only of profit, but declare the will to generate a positive impact on both society and the biosphere.
The trend of the 70s no longer represents the way of doing business today, or rather, the system has certainly not been eradicated, but certainly these new realities are increasing thanks to the new attention of younger generations and consumers who are more aware of what they buy. We are happy to have made our contribution as a Benefit Corporation and to continue our journey!
