Interview with The map Report (VIDEO inside)
In November, The Map Report, a magazine entirely dedicated to social innovation and sustainability, interviewed Lucia.
We covered many topics. First of all, we talked about the path of De-LAB, how it became a benefit company and the various certifications obtained (like the B-Corp certification), which attest our commitment in the social and environmental field.
We then moved on to describe the advantages for profit companies in following an inclusive business model.
Lucia then spoke about the KOKONO™ project, a cradle that aims to protect infants from external dangers, but at the same time contributes to women’s empowerment and job creation in the communities where it will be produced. KOKONO™ fully represents De-LAB’s experience in inclusive business applied in developing countries.
It was undoubtedly an excellent opportunity to deal with issues still little known and developed in the Italian market, but extremely important in today’s society, also in light of the new issues that the world is facing.
