The first level provides an introduction for companies wishing to approach the issues of corporate responsibility and environmental sustainability. The workshop can be used in physical presence (in compliance with the anti-Covid regulations in force) or live video. Participating organizations will acquire the necessary tools to identify their own corporate CSR themes.

Advanced course: CSR/Purpose/Identity

The third level is aimed at companies that already have their own CSR strategy but want to expand it to maximize its impact in other contexts or enrich its themes. The workshop can be used in physical presence (in compliance with the anti-Covid regulations in force) or live video. Participating organizations will gain the tools they need to update and expand their corporate CSR.

Intermediate course: CSR/Purpose/Identity

The second level of CSR training is designed for companies that have already implemented social initiatives and want to develop an overall strategy that defines and integrates social, environmental and governance objectives and activities. The workshop can be used in physical presence (in compliance with the anti-Covid regulations in force) or live video. Participating organizations will acquire the necessary tools to identify and implement their own corporate CSR.

Brand Activism Training

De-LAB proposes Brand Activism training to explore the opportunities and the tools of corporate positioning on political, social, economic or environmental issues. The workshop, consisting of theoretical activities and hands-on experience, is available both in physical presence (in compliance with the anti-Covid regulations in force) and live streaming.

Training module on Sustainable Procurement Practices

Sustainable Procurement is a process of purchasing products or services that aims to have a lower environmental impact than standard purchasing procedures. Within the vendor selection process, one must consider which qualitative and quantitative parameters to consider in order to define a vendor rating that also meets ESG parameters. How to proceed and what tools to act with will be the focus of this course.

Training on Green Marketing and Carbon Footprint calculation

Green Marketing is used to communicate a company’s contribution to reducing its environmental impact. De-LAB organizes training dedicated to aligning brand identity with green marketing plans, starting with the organization’s Carbon Footprint. The workshop, consisting of theoretical activities and hands-on experience, is available both in presence (in compliance with the anti-Covid regulations in force) and live streaming.

“THERE'S A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE”: DE&I TRAINING FOR SMES

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) is an approach that values differences between people and creates environments where everyone feels welcome and respected. In accordance with the principles of the two reference standards—UNI/PdR 125:2022 and ISO 30415—De-LAB has developed a training and awareness program designed to stimulate companies through activities that address inconsistencies, difficulties, and practical issues. The goal is to offer a practice-oriented experience that encourages constructive reflection on the corporate reality. The training program therefore requires the active participation of trainees and may include the development of policies, the analysis of simulated contexts, and the management of scenarios inspired by real situations.

TRAINING COURSE ON ESG ISSUES FOR DISILLUSIONED COMPANIES

This training course will address the main paradoxes related to sustainability as it applies to businesses, such as the trade-offs between territoriality and social impact, process efficiency and rebound effects, transparency and reputation. Through a concrete and operational approach, we will analyze how certain tensions emerge in the daily practice of companies, supporting our reflection with real case studies, data, and numbers. The course will also offer a priority/impact model that will help companies process their various internal and external needs, aligning them with deadlines, regulations, and the internal climate.

FRIENDS OR FOES? FRANK DIALOGUES BETWEEN DISTANT STAKEHOLDERS

This one-to-two course, designed as a genuine educational dialogue, will focus on listening to and analyzing opinions among actors who, in everyday business life, often find themselves on divergent positions with regard to ESG issues. Through simulations and structured discussions, exchanges between key figures will be staged to put critical issues down on paper and find a solution together that will be included in a mutual commitment charter. The aim of the workshop will be to identify common ground and build effective arguments to pursue a shared ESG goal, overcoming differences in priorities or vision.
