De-LAB project for Abbracciamoli ONLUS was intended to help the NGO ABBRACCIAMOLI finding their specific mission, strenghtening their identity and brand reputation.
In practice, our consultancy began with an analysis of their formal communication strategy, both online and offline, to advance with a participative project-design phase in which Social Innovation methods were applied.
Finally, De-LAB has helped the NGO organizing their annual meeting in Lodi, during which De-LAB was implementing stakeholder engagement activities to involve new supporters through, also, gamification experiences conceived on purpose for such crucial event.
