The Welfare Community Manager is a professional capable of creating welfare within the local community by creating relations, attracting external resources and boosting cooperation. The Welfare Community Manager works in public organizations, the private and the third sector in order to forecast and analyze the social needs of the community of people who live in the same territory; to design innovative solutions, such as services or activities etc…, through processes of co-designing with multiple actors.
Within this framework, De-LAB will work side by side with the main partner/head of the project “Welf-care”, the Social Cooperative SOLCO, on a one-month training focussed on shared design and impact measurement.
